Die Nachfrage nach Lithium wird in Europa bis 2050 voraussichtlich um das 57-fache steigen. Die Europ\u00e4ische Union strebt an, mindestens 40 % der ben\u00f6tigten strategischen Rohstoffe innerhalb der EU zu verarbeiten und zu veredeln.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-last-item\">In Europa gibt es derzeit keinerlei lokale Versorgung mit Lithiumhydroxidmonohydrat in Batteriequalit\u00e4t. Vulcan hat sich daher zum Ziel gesetzt, in der ersten Projektphase &#8220;Lionheart&#8221; j\u00e4hrlich gen\u00fcgend Lithiumhydroxidmonohydrat f\u00fcr die Herstellung von Batterien f\u00fcr 500.000 Elektrofahrzeuge zu gewinnen.
